Digital Desk, Moscow. Russian President Vladimir Putin and his American counterpart Joe Biden have deep disagreements on several important issues. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov gave this information.
During previous talks, Putin explained Russia’s national interests and the Red Lines in detail, but Biden showed a reluctance to recognize them, Xinhua news agency quoted Peskov as saying in a television interview on Friday.
He said that while the presidents had mutually respectful, constructive and very business conversations, they are not friends because they haven’t communicated much.
Putin and Biden held their first face-to-face summit in Geneva in June and met via video link last week, but with no success in improving bilateral ties.
