Digital Desk, New Delhi. Many men and women have taken to the streets of Kabul, raising slogans against Pakistan, as they claim that Pakistani planes have carried out air strikes in Panjshir province. They have gathered at the gate of the Pakistani embassy in Kabul, saying they do not support the puppet government in Afghanistan and have called for an inclusive government.
People gathered in Panjshir province after a voice clip of Resistance Front co-leader Ahmed Masood called on the people of Afghanistan to protest against the Taliban again, Khama News reported. The protesters were shouting death slogans to Pakistan and asked the Pakistani embassy to leave Afghanistan.
Among the slogans raised by the protesters in Kabul were, Azadi, Allah Akbar, we do not want imprisonment. Taliban fighters reportedly fired in the air to disperse the protesters but they were still protesting. Meanwhile people in Balkh and Daikundi provinces also took to the streets and raised slogans against Pakistan. Iran has also reacted to the airstrike in Panjshir province and a spokesman for the country’s foreign ministry has called for an investigation into what he called interference by foreign jets.
