Many children have spent a good time playing video games at home in the Corona period. Recent research has revealed that the time spent playing video games can be beneficial for mental health. Researchers at Oxford University in London have confirmed this in a research. Due to Corona virus, many countries have decided to lockdown once again, in such a situation, playing video games can be considered good.

The research paper contains the reactions of those who spent their time in two games, Battle for Neighborville and New Horizons. Research was first used to obtain data from game making company Electronic Arts and Nintendo of America. From this, it was tried to know how much time the answering people spent to play the game. Researchers found that the time spent to play the game was less, but for the betterment of people, it showed a positive factor.
Although this paper has not been reviewed yet, it was said that the joy in it can be more good for the people playing it than the time spent in the game.

Although the results may make the assumption that gaming leads to addiction, the author does not believe it. Andrew Dirzibilsky, director of research, says that in our study we found that playing video games is not bad for health. There are some psychological factors for human health, which have important effects. He also said that sports can be an activity that positively impacts mental health of people.

2756 people playing the Animal Crossing-New Horizons game were included in the US, UK and Canada. In addition, 518 people playing Battle for Neighborville were also included. They were asked to fill in a form of their experiences while playing the game and based on that, research was carried out.
