The Chief Minister said that instructions have been given in every meeting to ensure that the leakage of oxygen does not happen under any circumstances, despite how this incident has happened. Instructions have been given to Chief Secretary Sitaram Kunte to immediately investigate this and determine responsibility. The Chief Minister said that if someone is responsible for this accident, then he will not be left out, but do not do any politics on this incident. The Chief Minister said that caution should be exercised regarding the storage of oxygen in every hospital. The difficulties of patients should be overcome immediately by using oxygen appropriately.

How to wipe their tears? This is an accident, yet the grief of the family of the deceased is great. The Chief Minister said that in the battle of Corona, there is no oxygen at any place, there is no medicine and somewhere there is no bed. Patients are dying due to this. Those convicted will be punished – Deputy Chief Minister

Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar said the incident was unfortunate. The culprits will definitely be punished by conducting a high-level investigation into the incident. Such incidents should not happen in future – Fadnavis

Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly Devendra Fadnavis said that the incident in Nashik’s hospital is extremely unfortunate and painful. Fadnavis said that this incident will be investigated in depth but in future such incidents should not happen elsewhere. Care should be taken for this.

Oxygen supply stopped to stop leakage

Metropolitan commissioner Kailash Jadhav had confirmed the incident and the deaths of patients. After getting the information of the accident, the administration has ordered an inquiry. According to the information, oxygen was leaked due to the valve being open at Zakir Hussain Hospital in Nashik. Supplies were stopped at the hospital to stop leakages. At that time, 67 patients were on ventilators in the hospital. Those who got oxygen stopped. In such a situation, 11 patients died.

The names of the 22 dead in the accident have been confirmed. Among them Amardeep Nagrale (74), Shravan Patil (67), Manashi Shah (36), Pandharinath Nerkar (37), Pramod Valukar (45), Bhaiya Syed (45), Praveen Mahale (34), Bapusaheb Gotekar (61), Narayan Irnak (73), Sandeep Lokhande (37), Budha Gotarnay (69), Sunil Jhalke (33), Bharti Nikam (44), Mohana Khairnar (60), Salma Sheikh (59), Asha Sharma (45), Sugandha Thorat ( 65), comprising Harnabai Tribhuvan (65), Rajni Kale (61), Geeta Wagchaure (50), Vatsala Suryavanshi (70), Vaishali Raut (46).

Woman’s condition was improving, oxygen died due to stoppage
A woman has also died in this incident. His father-in-law told that he had brought him to the hospital 4 days ago. Things were constantly improving. But as soon as the oxygen supply stopped, his health started deteriorating and he died.

Minister is not aware of the deaths
Health Minister Rajesh Tope has said in this case that we have received information about oxygen leakage in Nashik. I am constantly in touch with the administration there and taking information. He did not give any statement about the deaths.
