‘Mother’s milk’ will now be ready in the lab, know when it will be sold in the market

Human Breast Milk In A Lab- Mother’s milk is considered as the complete food for the newborn baby. This is the reason that many mothers give breast feeding to the baby for a long time after birth. But many times, due to not taking proper diet or other reasons, breast milk is not formed, due to which parents are very upset. There is a good news of relief for such people. Technology has progressed to such an extent that breast milk can now be prepared in the laboratory ie science lab. This milk will be full of nutrients like breast milk.

In this regard, American women scientists have done experiments for the first time in the world. Under this, now nutritious milk like mother’s milk can be prepared in the lab. Scientists have called it ‘biomilk’. According to media reports, while talking in this regard, scientists said that lab testing of nutrients present in biomilk has also been done. Like mother’s milk, nutrients, proteins, fatty acids and other fats should be in sufficient quantity in biomilk, these efforts are many. However, it is also being said that the nutrients present in milk are more than breast milk.

Layla Strickland, co-founder and chief science officer of the company that makes biomilk, said that although antibodies are not present in milk, the nutritional and bioactive composition of biomilk is more than any other product. Layla Strickland told that the idea to make biomilk came to her when her baby was born prematurely. Until then, breast milk had not started forming in his body. In such a situation, he had to face many problems to feed his child. Why did he make many efforts about this, but all the efforts went in vain and the result was the same. Inspired by this, he started generating memory cells inside the laboratory in the year 2013. After this, in the year 2019, he also took food scientist Michelle Egger along and carried out this experiment. Scientists say that in three years this milk will be available in the market.
