More than 700 Kovid-19 cases for the first time in Delhi 2021

Digital Desk, New Delhi. 716 new cases of Kovid-19 were reported in Delhi in the last 24 hours, while four more deaths occurred on Friday. This was the first time that 700 Kovid-19 cases were reported in the national capital this year. More than 700 cases were last reported on 27 December (757 cases). On Thursday, 609 cases were registered in the city.

According to the Health Bulletin, the recovery rate on Friday was 97.81 percent, while the death rate was 1.69 percent. The daily positivity rate was 0.93 percent. Delhi now has 6,46,348 cases of corona in total, while the death toll has risen to 10,953. According to the Health Bulletin, the number of active cases has increased to 3,165. Meanwhile, 471 people recovered from the disease in the last 24 hours, taking the national capital’s total recovery to 6,32,230. A total of 77,352 new samples were tested in the last 24 hours and include 47,078 RT-PCR tests and 30,274 rapid antigen tests.
