Ingredients for making liquid paratha:
2 cups wheat flour
3 tablespoons chopped coriander
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1.5 to 2 cups of water
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 to 2 teaspoon Desi Ghee
Salt as per taste
Recipe for making liquid paratha:
To prepare liquid paratha, first prepare the liquid doe. For this, put all the dry ingredients in a big pot and mix it well.
Now mix ghee, water and turmeric in this mixer, mix it well and mix well by adding a little water so that no lumps remain. Cover it for 15 to 20 minutes to set.
– Put the non stick pan on the gas. After this, apply a little oil with a brush. Take the batter of the liquid paratha in a tablespoon and spread it round on the pan.
– Bake on both the sides. When it starts to turn golden color then take it out in a serving plate. Enjoy liquid paratha with chutney, raita or vegetable.
