IND vs ENG: BCCI may send other players to England in place of Suryakumar Yadav, Prithvi Shaw

New Delhi. After the spectacular performance in Sri Lanka, Suryakumar Yadav and Prithvi Shaw have also got a place in Team India’s Test team. Both these players have been selected for the England tour (India vs England Test Series) but now the place of Shaw and Suryakumar Yadav is in danger. Actually both these players are in isolation in Sri Lanka. Both these players had to be out of the T20 series after coming in contact with Krunal Pandya and now according to the news being quoted by media reports, both these players are not sure to go to England. If reports are to be believed, soon BCCI can announce the options of Suryakumar and Prithvi Shaw.

Now the question is, why is it that the sword hangs when Shaw and Suryakumar Yadav go to England? Actually all this is due to the UK rules related to Kovid-19. According to the report of Inside Sport, Suryakumar and Prithvi were to leave for England on July 30 and before the second Test against England starting on August 12, both these players would have joined Team India but after being in isolation in Sri Lanka and the UK. According to Corona protocols, now these players will be able to join the team three days before the start of the third Test, that too if everything goes well then this will happen.

Suryakumar-Prithvi trapped in UK’s Kovid-19 protocol!
Suryakumar Yadav and Prithvi Shaw will have to stay in isolation for 7 days in Sri Lanka after Krunal Pandya is found corona positive. His isolation period will end on August 2. But even after completing the 7-day isolation period, Suryakumar Yadav cannot leave for England because there is a rule in England that if any person has come in contact with a Kovid-19 positive person, then he has to remain in isolation for 10 days. Is. Meaning Suryakumar Yadav and Prithvi Shaw will have to stay in isolation till August 5 to go to England. After this, Prithvi Shaw and Suryakumar Yadav will also have to be quarantined in the UK for 10 days as both Sri Lanka and India are in its red list.

After finishing the 10-day quarantine period in England, Suryakumar and Prithvi Shaw will have to stay in isolation for 3 more days during which they will have 3 Kovid-19 tests. Only after coming negative in them, both these players will be able to enter the bio-bubble. Meaning both these players will be able to join the Indian team only till August 22. Let us tell you that the third Test between India and England is to be held in Leeds on August 25 and it will be difficult for these two players to play in this match. Meaning Suryakumar Yadav and Prithvi Shaw will be available only for the last two Test matches on the England tour. In such a situation, it is possible that BCCI sends another player to England instead of these two.
