Mumbai. Filmmaker Hansal Mehta on Saturday told his 2017 release film ‘Simran’ starring Kangana Ranaut that it was a mistake. He compared the error in judgment in the past in support of Anna Hazare and Arvind Kejriwal. He tweeted on Saturday, “I supported (Anna) him with good faith. Just like I later supported Arvind. I have no regrets. We all make mistakes.”

The 2017 film is about a divorced Praful Patel, who loses his savings in a gambling stance. He then takes a loan to set things straight, and when he is unable to repay it, he pushes himself into the world of crime.

The film was a big flop at the box office. (IANS)
