G20 Summit: PM Modi said – need to develop a new global index based on technology

Dubai. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has attended the 15th G-20 Summit. Prime Minister Modi was invited by Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud to participate in the conference. The summit is being organized on the theme ‘Realizing 21st Century Opportunities for All’. This two-day summit, which runs from November 21-22, is going virtual.

Giving information about the G20 meeting, Prime Minister Modi said that there was a very fruitful discussion with the G20 leaders. Coordinated efforts by the world’s largest economies will definitely get rid of the Corona epidemic. I have put forward the need to develop a new global index based on talent, technology, transparency and trust at this summit.

PM Modi said that, while transparency in our processes helps our societies fight the crisis collectively and with confidence, a sense of trust towards the planet Earth will inspire us to have a healthy and holistic lifestyle. There was a very fruitful discussion with the G20 leaders. Coordinated efforts by the world’s largest economies will surely lead to a rapid recovery from this epidemic. Thanks to Saudi Arabia for hosting the virtual summit.

PM Modi said that, a sense of trust in the earth will inspire us to have a healthy and holistic lifestyle. Prime Minister Modi also said that he contributed to further development of digital facilities for efficient functioning of the G20 in this conference. For this, PM Modi tweeted by saying that, in the tweet, PM Modi wrote, “In the G20 summit I wrote on the basis of talent, technology, transparency and patronage towards the earth. Emphasized the need to develop a new global index.

Explain that due to the transition this time the G-20 summit is being held online, where the heads of various countries will address the conference not online, but in person. Salman said in his address, “It is our duty to unite against this challenge in this conference and give a message of hope and reassurance.” Salman said, “The Kovid-19 pandemic is like an unexpected shock that has affected the whole world in a very short time and has caused global economic and social harm.”
