The date of Father’s Day is different in different countries of the world while India follows the American date. In Catholic European countries like Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Italy, Father’s Day is celebrated on March 19 which is St. Joseph’s Day. Whereas in Australia it is celebrated on the first Sunday of September. In Norway, Sweden and Finland, Father’s Day is celebrated on the second Sunday in November. In Russia, it is celebrated on 23 February.
