Stomach diseases begin with constipation and take serious forms later. If constipation is treated in time, it is possible to avoid many complex problems. Constipation is mainly characterized by Vata dosha, due to which the stool becomes dry and hard. Excretions are not possible at the right time. After waking up in the morning, drink lemon juice mixed with black salt. This will clean the stomach well, and will not cause constipation. Seasonal fruits and vegetables should be eaten in plenty if there is a constipation problem. Drink myrobalan powder or Triphala with lukewarm water every night. This will relieve constipation, as well as get rid of the problem of gas in the stomach. It provides relief in constipation. Every person should drink 2-3 liters of water daily. It provides relief to constipation patients. Eating more fried and chilly-spicy should be avoided. Honey is very beneficial for constipation. Drink one spoon of honey mixed with a glass of water before going to bed at night. Constipation is overcome by its regular intake.
Soak about 8-10 grams of dry grapes in the water at night. Take out its seeds in the morning and boil it in milk, and drink milk. Soak dry grapes at night and in the morning take out its seeds and chew it properly and eat it. If someone has a burning sensation with constipation, soak a spoonful of coriander and fennel in a glass of water overnight. Bell fruit is very beneficial for the constipation problem. Take half a cup of pulp, and one teaspoon of jaggery, before meals in the evening. Bel syrup also helps in constipation. Instead of morning tea, drink sugar candy mixed with it. Those who do not have burning sensation with constipation or are diabetic patients should drink it without adding sugar. In constipation, drinking lukewarm milk of cows before sleeping at night is beneficial. Triphala and Haritiki are also beneficial.
