World famous American News Magazine Time (TIME) On the cover page of the international issue of March Farmers Protest Has given place to the women involved in it. The magazine has published a cover story titled ‘On the Frontline of India’s Farmer Protest’. It depicted a group of women protesting at the Tikari border in Delhi. It has been told in the magazine that how the women farmers participated extensively against the three agricultural laws of the central government.
Time magazine has given the headline inside the news “We cannot be intimidated nor bought .. Women who lead the protests of India’s farmers ..” The magazine has published pictures of peasant women on their cover page. Along with it, small children are also shown, who were present with them at the venue of the agitation. In this, a woman is seen to shoulder her milky baby too. In the picture, a girl is also seen standing with those women shouting slogans.

Punjab CM Amarinder Singh criticized Modi for Time Magazine’s article
Kiranjit Kaur, who is the leftmost of the pictures, came from Talwandi in Punjab to the protest venue of farmers on the Tikari border of Delhi. Along with him, his children and his mother-in-law were also included in the 20 women’s team. Speaking to Time, Kiranjeet Kaur said, “It is important for all women to come here and mark their presence in this movement. I have two daughters, and I want them to grow up among the strong women they see here. ”
