CAT’s National General Secretary Praveen Khandelwal said that in the letter written to the PM, some suggestions have been made regarding sealing. For example, a development rule should be made to regulate all shops. They should be regularized by taking very reasonable regular fees from traders. Amnesty scheme should be brought. He says that under the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, the Central Government has full authority to issue such an order. This step of the government will provide relief to more than 10 lakh traders and about 30 lakh employees of Delhi from sealing and sabotage.

National General Secretary Praveen Khandelwal and CAT’s Delhi Pradesh President Vipin Ahuja say that since 2006, sealing and sabotage have been faced by traders in Delhi.
